Description:

Pre-School Behavioral Interventionist (MHPP) needed for the CLIMB Pre-School Center. Requires Bachelor’s degree and computer skills. Job entails monitoring and teaching 3-5yo pre-school students including assisting in their emotional states and maintaining positive behaviors. Background experience and teaching knowledge in early childhood education and childcare licensing regulations are a plus for this position.

Description:

The A/P Bookkeeper is responsible for insuring compliance with purchasing procedures, reconciling invoices, planning and expediting accounts payable check cycles for multiple entities, paying all payables in a timely and accurate manner, developing reports as requested by supervisor, maintaining the filing system for payables, overseeing petty cash and creating journal entries for accounts as applicable. A/P Bookkeeper serves as back-up for General Accountant and must have knowledge of computerized spreadsheet programs and mid-range computer systems including AS400, GP Dynamics and Onesite.

An Associate Degree in Accounting or related field and two years experience in accounting field, or high school diploma with four years experience in accounting field; Training in manual and computerized accounts payable functions and purchasing procedures; two to four years work experience in accounting field depending on education level completed. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must have typing/keyboarding ability to use a computer as required. Must be able to communicate by speaking and writing in an understandable manner. Must be able to operate standard office equipment. Work is primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing and light lifting. Regular attendance at work is a requirement of this position.

QBHP/Curriculum Specialist | CLIMB Program PreK-4th | Hot Springs, AR

Qualified Behavioral Health Paraprofessional / PreK – 4th Grade Curriculum Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a QBHP / Curriculum Specialist and teacher for preschool through 4th grade at our CLIMB Program.

Duties will include but not limited to: assisting students in their emotional states and maintaining positive behaviors, curriculum planning, creating classroom and individual lesson plans, implementing direct teaching and online learning, grading, record keeping, providing parent/teacher conferences, conducting educational assessments to track needs and academic growth, correspondence with surrounding school districts, and providing behavioral health services based on individual client treatment plans.

CASSP Coordinator/Engagement Specialist | Hot Springs Clinic | Hot Springs, AR

Title:

CASSP Coordinator/Engagement Specialist

Description:

CASSP Coordinator responsibilities include: coordinating, conducting and attending all CASSP/WRAP regional meetings and other meetings as requested by state agencies, securing required treatment history and conducting multi-agency meetings as needed, ensuring requests for expenditures recommend by the Regional Committee meet CASSP guidelines and approval, submitting the CASSP grant to DBHS, providing intervention services, overseeing WRAPS and updating CASSP files and manage a caseload of WRAP program clients, supporting clients and families and offer liaison services to other providers involved in client care.

The Engagement Specialist duties include providing a wide array of services in conjunction with Outpatient, School-Based, and the Wellness Day Programs. The Engagement Specialist provides outreach and case management for clients identified as needing assistance with engagement in services. The Engagement Specialist works closely with program directors, therapists, paraprofessionals, nurses, prescribers and family members to re-engage clients in services. The Engagement Specialist is responsible for writing and maintaining accurate and timely documentation related to the provision of services.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Training and/or Experience)
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years case management/paraprofessional experience in the Mental Health field. Experience with CASSP requirements, WRAP Certified and working with state agencies preferred.
