Description:
Part-time Mental Health Professional opening: LPC, LAC, LPE, LCSW or LMSW, and certified in TF-CBT, needed to provide therapy for children and families with DCFS or court involvement at Ouachita Children’s Center, but not limited to other types of services.

Candidate should have knowledge and/or experience with DCFS. MHP will provide therapy services to children that may have severe mental health issues, abuse and neglect issues or youth with serious emotional and behavior disturbance. Candidate will attend any staffing’s/meetings as needed.

Psych-certified Advanced Practice Nurse, PMHNP or PMHCNS (Part-time, Full-time or Independent contractor) needed to provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for clients of OBHAW, prescribe medications, order and evaluate appropriate laboratory and other tests to assess clinical response to drug reactions, provide both formal and informal consultation and teaching to staff, clients and families regarding disease state, medication, indication, side effects and expected outcome of treatment.

OBHAW provides outpatient services for both adults and children. Our programs include CLIMB (our intensive children and adolescent program), school based services, a wellness day program for adults, psychiatry services, a pharmacy, and specialized therapy groups and classes. The Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (ECMHC) will serve as a consultant to early childcare providers, educators, and families. The ECMHC is culturally competent and an expert in the promotion of positive early childhood mental health.

The ECMHC will possess skills that include a thorough knowledge of early childhood development coupled with an understanding of family dynamics and relationship building on an individual/family, provider, and community level.

This position will represent the consultant’s home agency and Project PLAY in a positive and professional manner and adhere to all best practices, guidelines, policies and procedure.

MHP Program Coordinator

MHP Program Coordinator

Description:

Program Coordinator assists and guides team members. PC supports Director in development of projects and strategic planning. PC monitors and provides information to Directors, offers recommendations and acts as a point person in the absence of the Program Director. PC communicates plans, directives, deadlines and assignments to team members. If a conflict or issue arises, PC should work with team members or coach members to resolve issues or conflict quickly and effectively. PC oversees daily arrangements, records and scheduling for the team, such as PTO and approves timecards accordingly.

PC is responsible for employee evaluations, actions plans or issuing any performance notices. PC will provide performance information or reports to Program Director and Director may be including in performance meetings. PC completes Quality Assurance Chart Reviews, attends Quality Assurance and Leadership Meetings. . Program Coordinator will maintain a caseload but service hours will be adjusted accordingly.

Desired:
1. Terminally Licensed or within 6 months of LPC
2. Qualify as Clinical Supervisor of Non-Terminally Licensed MHP’s (must be LPC, LCSW)
3. Excel in documentation and client services; must meet all goals and objectives listed on performance indicator
4. 2 years’ experience as MHP
5. Must provide clinical supervision to MHP’s within assigned program (maximum of 10)

Accounts Payable Bookkeeper | Hot Springs

Description:

The A/P Bookkeeper is responsible for insuring compliance with purchasing procedures, reconciling invoices, planning and expediting accounts payable check cycles for multiple entities, paying all payables in a timely and accurate manner, developing reports as requested by supervisor, maintaining the filing system for payables, overseeing petty cash and creating journal entries for accounts as applicable. A/P Bookkeeper serves as back-up for General Accountant and must have knowledge of computerized spreadsheet programs and mid-range computer systems including AS400, GP Dynamics and Onesite.

An Associate Degree in Accounting or related field and two years’ experience in accounting field, or high school diploma with four years’ experience in accounting field; Training in manual and computerized accounts payable functions and purchasing procedures; two to four years work experience in accounting field depending on education level completed. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must have typing/keyboarding ability to use a computer as required. Must be able to communicate by speaking and writing in an understandable manner. Must be able to operate standard office equipment. Work is primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing and light lifting. Regular attendance at work is a requirement of this position.

Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator

Description:

The OBHAW Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator develops and implements strategies to strengthen the brand image of OBHAW, helping the organization find a unique “voice” with staff and in the community. Core duties of the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator include: developing and managing effective internal communications strategies, implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, maintaining promotional materials (including social media), planning and staffing conference exhibitions, planning and executing community relations events, and representing OBHAW within the community through involvement in other groups and coalitions.

Qualifications: (Education, Training and/or Experience)

• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Communications, Marketing, Media or related Degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience including knowledge of marketing tactics, organizational communications practices, advertising strategy, and social media execution
• Excellent written and oral communication skill required
• Preferable experience includes: graphic design, photography, videography, event coordination, community outreach, and project management

Skills In:

• Ability to communicate the written and spoken word with tact, diplomacy, and excellence
• Experience with or skills in developing and implementing effective organizational communications
• Good organizational skills, well disciplined, able to meet deadlines, self-starter, able to work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines
• Ability to meet people with ease, and represent OBHAW to other people concisely and with clarity. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well effectively with volunteers if necessary

Working knowledge of and ability to plan and prepare meals according to requirements of SNLP and CACFP food grants. Obtain Food Handler’s Course certificate through Arkansas Hospitality Association as required by Arkansas Health Department.

3. Operation and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment
4. Technical, communication and writing skills for grant applications and health department requirements

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. POSITION GOAL:
Food Services Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of Food Service programs for all OBHAW locations. Responsible for planning and preparing meals onsite for CLIMB program, preparation and submission of food grant, maintaining food inventory, adhering to purchasing budget, ensuring food, kitchen and dining areas safety and cleanliness requirements are met.
