For Mental Health Professionals we offer a variety of employment options: full-time, part-time, or independent contractor. We are currently training clinical staff in Distance Counseling.  Our Mental Health Professionals will soon be providing Tele-Health services.

Duties will include but not limited to: Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping public areas, restrooms, and office areas. Cleaning up spills and mishaps. Cleaning windows. Emptying waste containers and changing liners.

Must have excellent communication skills. Must be a team player. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and computer. High school diploma and a minimum of two years general cleaning experience.

Construction Specialist | Hot Springs Clinic | Hot Springs, AR

Construction Specialist

Description:

We have an immediate opening for Construction Specialist at our Hot Springs location.

Duties will include but not limited to: Coordinating the flow of work order and preparation of reports, assisting in coordination of carpentry work with other areas as directed, operating equipment and vehicles in a safe and effective manner, and treating clients in a courteous manner, discussing tasks and pricing with clients.

Must have two years carpentry and construction experience with extensive knowledge of the operation of hand and power tools. Must have basic math skills. Must have sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties. Exposure to inclement weather conditions.

Duties will include but not limited to: Performing lawn maintenance, repairing equipment, and performing basic construction.

LCSW or LPC Mental Health Professional | Walk In Clinic | Hot Springs, AR

LCSW or LPC Mental Health Professional

Description:

Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness offices are growing and are in need of a Fulltime LCSW or LPC as the intake specialist for our Hot Springs Office Walk-In Clinic. Experience with psychosocial assessments and fast paced triage evaluations is preferred. Mental Health Professional will not carry personal client caseload. Hours flexible and will be set after discussion with supervisor. Independent contract is an option.

Qualified Behavioral Health Paraprofessional

Description:

Qualified Behavioral Health Paraprofessional (QBHP) needed for School-Based Program in Arkadelphia Schools. Requires Bachelor’s degree and working knowledge of personal computers. QBHP responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring client’s emotional state, linking with community resources, and providing specific therapeutic interventions as prescribed on the master treatment plan.
