What is PATH?

The PATH Program is provided to support individuals with serious mental illnesses, as well as individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

What services does PATH provide?

  • Community Outreach
  • Diagnostic Screening and Therapeutic treatment for serious mental illness
  • Case management services
  • Referrals for substance abuse, primary healthcare, job training, educational opportunities, and housing
  • Assistance in connecting with and applying for resources in the community

What do I do if I need this service?

Please come to the OBHAW Hot Springs Clinic at 125 Wellness Way, Hot Springs, AR 71913.

Our walk in clinic is available from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
